MyFiducia automatically reads uploaded accounting documents — supplier, date, amounts, VAT rate — and proposes the matching entry, which the accountant validates. A proposal is never posted without validation.
The product also covers payroll, VAT, year-end closing and client file management. It applies Swiss rules: locking of closed periods under GeBüV, salary certificate categories, SME chart of accounts.
The publisher is not a fiduciary: the software neither prepares nor audits accounts, and responsibility remains with the professional.
