Banana Creation SA is a Swiss public limited company based in Ardon, in the canton of Valais. We support entrepreneurs, investors and international businesses in structuring and developing their activities.
What we are
We are a business consulting and commercial intermediation company. Our work is to give projects a workable shape: choosing the right structure, writing the plan that holds up in front of an investor, finding suppliers who actually deliver, and bringing together parties whose commercial interests genuinely align.
We work primarily across the UK, Switzerland and Europe. That footprint reflects the reality of our mandates: projects that cross borders and meet a different legal and tax framework at each crossing.
What we are not
We are not an accounting firm, a law firm or a financial institution. We do not provide services that require authorisation, and we do not subcontract such services under our own name either.
Where a mandate calls for a regulated service — statutory audit, legal advice, a supervised financial service — it is delivered by a qualified independent professional, identified as such to the client. This is not a formality: it determines who answers for what.
How we work
A mandate begins with a conversation, not a proposal. We first seek to understand what the client wants to achieve, what they already have, and what has held them back so far.
An honest commercial read follows. We do sometimes conclude that a project is not viable as it stands, or that it would be in a different structure, on a different market, on a different timeline. That is more useful than an agreement in principle followed by six months of work leading nowhere.
